Terms & Conditions

The hire period begins on the agreed start date and ends upon the return of all equipment in good condition. Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges.

All prices shown are daily hire rates unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for delivery, setup, and other services.

A security deposit may be required before hire commences. This will be refunded upon safe and timely return of all equipment in satisfactory condition, subject to inspection.

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm your booking. Outstanding balances must be settled prior to delivery or collection.

All promotional offers and package hires are subject to equipment and brand availability. While we endeavour to provide the equipment described, equivalent substitutes may be supplied depending on stock levels at the time of booking.

Delivery and setup services are available for an additional fee. Availability is subject to scheduling and location. Accurate delivery address and access instructions must be provided in advance.

The hirer is responsible for all equipment from the time of collection or delivery until its return. Loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and operated in a safe manner. Unauthorised modification, negligent use, or sub-hiring to others is strictly prohibited.

All equipment is subject to availability. We will review your request and confirm availability before finalising your booking.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee a booking. We will review your selection and services, then provide you with a final quote for your approval.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of hired equipment. The hirer assumes all responsibility for ensuring equipment is suitable and safe for their intended use.

By placing a hire request or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
